Soak Blackgram and MAA Idly rava in
1:2.5 ratio separately for 2 to 3 hours. |

Grind soaked Blackgram with adequate
water. |

Clean twice and squeeze out the
water from soaked rava and add it to grinded blackgram paste. |
|
|
 |
Allow it to ferment for 6 hours at
room temperature. |

|

Add a pinch of salt to your taste.
while cooking it in steam in an idly cooker. |
